• Each necklace is crafted with silicone and bubblegum beads on durable vinyl-coated stainless steel wire.
• Every piece is handmade with care. While we aim for perfection, slight variations in design may occur.
• These necklaces are designed as fashion accessories only and are not intended for a lead/leash to be attached.
• All necklaces are custom-made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before shipment.
• When ordering, please ensure your pets measurements are as accurate as possible.
• As custom items, returns are not accepted, but if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us—we’re happy to help.

• Measure your pets neck with a soft measure tape or measure their current collar. If your pet has a thick coat, you can consider adding an extra inch for a comfortable fit.
• Please keep in mind, the beads are 20mm bubblegum beads and may be on the thicker side for smaller pets.

Necklaces can be easily cleaned with soap and water.
