My pet's necklace does not fit. Can I get it resized?
Yes! We will send you a return shipping label so that you can send your necklace back for a resizing. Please note that you may incur a $10 resizing fee if the measurement issue was not caused by our error.
My item is not what I expected
Oh no! Please reach out and we’ll be happy to help. Special requests aren’t guaranteed, as they depend on available materials. If your item arrived without the requested detail, it means we couldn’t fulfill it. Replacements or refunds aren’t issued when a standard item is received
Processing/Shipping
What is your processing time?
Processing times for all orders PRIOR to shipment is 5-7 business days. Please note that these times may change to 7-9 business days if we receive an influx of orders.
Why is my package is still pre-shipment?
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your label is created. If your package shows “pre-shipment” for longer than 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
My package was lost or stolen
We are not responsible for any packages that have been lost or stolen during USPS transit or after delivery.
Resin Tags
Can I clean my Resin Tag?
Yes! Our resin tags are waterproof and can easily be cleaned to restore their shine by using soap and water.
Are Resin Tags suitable for puppies?
Our resin tags are durable, but not designed for heavy chewing (something most pups love to do!). This doesn’t mean they aren’t puppy-friendly—just choose one of the smaller sizes (circle, heart, paw, kitty, or mini bone) so it sits higher and is harder to grab. We suggest easing your puppy into wearing tags by using them in short increments instead of all day, and always supervising while they adjust.
